Looks nice but I haven't seen too many garden sheds that cost US$390K.

I thought you had been in Bali long enough to know the adat, i.e. there is ALWAYS a small commission added to EVERYTHING, no matter what, even to yourself... Markit, you are ruining the system.So each job was Net of all costs. I'm all for clarity and therefore knew what each stage of the build would finally cost when I gave the go-ahead for it to start.
