Please tell me when your transaction was, this or the last year?
As I said in my post: I just sold one of my houses in Bandung (west Java), this year of course would have been better last year, but no buyer

    Angry tax

    Thanks lumumba.

May be you or another expat can tell us, where the main tax-office in Denpasar is. We want go there to get our tax-invoice for 2010.
Here in Jimbaran we only where able to pay the tax, but they cannot give us the invoice, where the amount is stated from which we pay our
    yearly tax.

We have trouble with an indonesian neighbour who named us a potential buyer and now is sitting like an octopus on our house and want get easy earned money. It is obvious that he is working with his friend notaris together to get commissi also from the tax.
And he wants 3% commissi, being a private man and for 1 hour "work". We gave him 1% and not more.

The notaris still wants 6 juta more each from us and the buyer as be calculated from the yesterday payed yearly tax. Obviously is the commissi for the neighbour included.

Therefore we want go the main tax-office and also ask them whether we can pay the sales-tax there?

Its nice for me being a "junior member" in my age of 72!

Now everything is ok with selling our house and we saved 5 juta.

    Default It can be useful...

    Hi guys,

I found something very useful. It's a list of the fees for the BPN. It's not about the notary fees but when looking at the quotation from your notary, it's always helpful to know how much goes to the BPN and how much goes into his pocket...

Check this out: Didukung oleh Google Docs.

If this link doesn't work, just google “PERATURAN PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA. NOMOR 13 TAHUN 2010” and you'll find it.

    Hope it'll help!

    Cheers

    Leeloo
