I have been toying with the idea of buying in Bali for sometime and, mainly thanks to the help on this website, I feel like I am ready to take the plunge! So many thanks for alleviating any fears!

I am only at the primary stages but a friend of mine has mentioned that I might look at a development called 'Parkview Heights' in Nusa Dua. Its roughly what I am looking to spend and also appears to be in the right area. I am only a novice in regards to Bali property, but was wondering what are the key areas to look out for? Developer is obviously key. From what I can tell, it is developed by a big smiley bloke called Adrian Boriello? Is he well known in the area? The materials etc appear to be good.

Apologies for the naivity, but any help would be much appreciated.
