    Good morning all,

    Does anybody have an idea of the current land price per are around the southern Ubud area, near to or south of Pengosekan?

    Its around IDR 110mil- IDR 130mil.

    It depends on how far south of Ubud you go. There are some really lovely areas in Mas that aren’t nearly 110juta.

    Thanks for the replies guys. You have confirmed what I was thinking and will start my search in Pengosekan and slowly move towards Mas.
