What are you going to use this for? Are you an agent? If you Google "rental agreement sample" you might find something that you can modify for your needs.

Rental Agreement
This would depend on what you are about to do. If you are renting privately then there is one type of agreement. If it is long term land/house etc, this is more complicated and you would need something more "substantial" I have a standard agreement that I use for casual renting that was drawn up for me by a Notaris, basic but covers all contingencies.
