Thank You.I am still looking for the right hotel in the right spot. so have not locked in a Suburb yet but definatly not Kuta or Legian.
I have a couple of options that could be a go, I will back in Bali in mid May and I believe the right place will arrive at the right time.

hi krispy..just curious y not kuta or legian?because i've been thinking of open up a guest house in kuta..plz advise

Hi, apparently you need a Hotel Melati license for anything over 5 rooms, and you will need to set up company to sponser yourself to be able to work. It will be expensive but worth it to get a Kitas and not worry about working illegally. Best to ask a few different visa companies there opinion and get prices they will vary!!
