    Default Business in Bali

    Hi all,

    I've read heaps of these posts and am hoping for some clarification... If I set up a PMA company, I don't need to have a Balinese partner, and I can have legal standing in Indonesia? I have emailed IDE, but have not heard back... Any advice on public liability insurance would be great too! Its all very confusing! :oops:
