Default Photographer wanting to work self-employed

    hello,
just joined the expat forum recently and so far I have found many answers and questions too.
Iīve been to bali a couple of times - the longest stay being 6 months in 2008 (on a social visa without working).
This time I will be staying for 6-12 months and I am currently working on getting a work permit for shooting weddings, portraits, surf, advertising and editorial for the indonesian market and international markets also.
I am aware of kitas with working permit. But this implies being sponsord by a company. Which further means that one is limited to working for the comany that issued the sponsoring, which in my case beeing a photographer isnīt really an option. Or are there ways of working around this limitation?
Sofar i gatherd that to be able to work self-employed I would have to start up my own company.
A PMA is too expensive for my buget (4000,- US plus funds) so I would like to look into the possibilities of
a P.T or C.V. Type of business. These both require an indonesian citzitan as Partner. I have balinese friends that I would trust with this position. But What are costs and other requirements of setting up my own P.T. or C.V. ?

Couldnīt find any precise figures or info on this question..
Does anybody know of other foreign photographers that are working in bali as freelancers ?
Any tips, ideas, critique, etc is highly appreciated.
    Thank you.
