TelkomVision is similar to Indovision (with respect to available programmes). If you buy their dish and decoder, you can choose from a variety of monthly packages and top-up as you go. From memory, they start from Rp60,000 (depending on how many and which channels you want).
I've been using their "free" service for about six months, without any hassles. If you have an Unlimited TelkomSpeedy internet account, TelkomVision loans you the equipment free of charge and you get a limited range of channels. (Of course, you can pay to get more.)
The "free" channels include Star Movies, MGM, StarWorld, NatGeo, NatGeo Adventure, AXN, Disney Channel, several sports' channels, most National TV channels and a smattering of radio stations. Note: No news channels!
Because I don't own the equipment, I can't use the monthly pay-as-you-go card system. Sounds silly, I know, but that's how it is.
Have a look at their website. You might be able to get some intelligible information. I think TelkomVision is a joint venture with YesTV.
The only negative aspect I can think of is having to buy their equipment if you want to "pay-as-you-go".
:D
