    Default Pearl Sugar in Indonesia?

    Hi,

my wife has opened a small Coffee and Smoothie bar in pantai Sindhu, Sanur. As we do some of the baking ourselves at home we are looking for pearl sugar which is very common in Sweden but obviously not here in Indonesia. Pearl sugar is bright-white, irregular chunks of sugar that won't melt when used as garnish on top of bakeries...

(here is a link for those who don't know what pearl sugar is http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/pearl-sugar)

Does anyone know where I can buy Pearl Sugar in Indonesia?

We need it for baking cinnamon rolls etc..

I know of a place in Denpasar that probably has this. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact name of it.

The address is Jalan Nakula 17, Denpasar.

Jalan Nakula is a one-way street...the shop is on the left-hand side. There's a billboard sign for "Roti" etc. The 'shop' is upstairs.

    Good luck.

    :D
