If it's a novel, what's the story of the book? Or is it just some sort of essay materials with tips and notes about women lifestyle there? Sorry but I'm new to that kind of idea for novels.
Hi Im Sari, recently I just published a novel namely Cinderella in Paris (published by Human Books in May 2010). This novel is fit for Indonesian women (but men can read also to know more about women and what they think). Although the tittle is cinderella, but the writer, me, want to mock of Cinderella concept about happiness.
CINDERELLA IN PARIS (302 pages)
A novel by Sari Musdar (written in Indonesia language)
Endorsed by young French Novelist, Roman Payne, Indonesian outstanding film director, Rudi Soedjarwo, Indonesian young entrepreneur & writer, and 3 Indonesian senior journalists live abroad
You maybe will guess :
· Is that a chicklit? No, this is not shallow book like most chicklit, as you will know the sociology of people in Europe (the immigrants) and Indonesia, and also the philosophy of pursuing happiness, but still in romance comedy genre, so will not make your forehead wrinkle laugh you will laugh, smile and give empathy to the girl on the novel
· Is that only for girls? Not really, guys can read it, to know how women think about men, why men makes them confuse. Well, if you don’t want to tarnish your macho image cause someone know you reading Cinderella-thing book, at least you can buy it as gift to the girl you approaching and she will say “ Oh, how sweet you are” and you win her heart lol
· Is that a travel story? Uhm, it can be said so, as you will feel already explore Bandung, some cities in Europe (especially Paris & Amsterdam) and Melbourne while reading this novel, and you will feel the city as it is, not the one you read at travel brochures
· Is that another Cinderella story? Absolutely no! The girl in novel know how to make herself happy
Well, if you don’t have any question, you can find the book at any Gramedia book stores in most big cities in Indonesia, or you can book online at onlinebookkstore.info
