pets in bali?

i am from canada and planning an exploratory visit to bali. i would like to take my pet (dog) with me and need to know if that is allowed. thanks for any info you have on this subject.

Check out this forum where there is a huge post re bringing animals to Bali. From what was said it is not a good idea at all. Anyway have a read and manke up your own mind. Pamela.
