expat health insurance experiences

I know there have been many questions about which health insurance is best, but noone has given any info on their experiences of having used it. The final decision for me to decide which to buy is the ease and customer service provided, so anyone with any info on how easy to claim etc would be very much appreciated.

Well, i have health insurance, but have not claimed, so cannot give you experiences. I guess you need to be talking with sicker people.

are there any people who have claimed on their expat health insurance, you cant all be as healthy as ronb.

Mind I've only been sick once in a year, so maybe bali is very healthy!!!

I agree with what you're trying to do. You won't know how good the insurance company is until a claim is made. But, like Ron, we've never made a claim so I can't help. Our insurance is with Health Care International.
