Flour is everywhere, yeast is in many supermarkets - I found a familiar Aussie brand in Jimbaran. But if you want the pre-mixed packs - I have no idea.

I would suggest a bakery that makes the kind of bread that you want to make, like wholemeal or rye,ask them and if they can not or will not sell you what you need, they might give an adress of a wholesaler.
I would be surprised if a wholesaler here would not sell one bag, maybe at the backdoor .What about Lotte or Carrefour?
Keep us informed,i would like to make rye bread myself.(sometimes)

Ps.After sending my message i looked in the yellow pages and found this:PT Prambanan Kencana, website:
PT. Prambanan Kencana - Foodservice. Industry. Retail
They have about twentytwo different mixes in bags of around 12,5 kg.Worth exploring i think.

Hi Kel, Ud. Fenny in Denpasar (Jln. Nakula 17) is a good place to start. They sell rye and whole wheat as well - all kind of yeast, even the fresh ones. Or at Gourmet Garage/Lotus Enterprise Jimbaran - I was there yesterday, saw semolina (in case you would like to make a pizza dough with your bread machine). Hope this helps - and have fun with the baking (I can smell the bread already)
